A Perfect New England Summer Day
the sound of ocean
the roll of waves
mixed melodies
children laughing
giant yellow orb shines warm
fills bluest sky,
brightly colored umbrellas
dot golden sand
sun kissed toes seek coolness
and I walk to the edge
of the deep blue sea”
