“The attached photo shows my feet in Lake Superior in the town of Lutsen, Minnesota. I was there for my birthday weekend on September 2, 2012. It was a beautiful day and the water was a frigid 55 degrees, something my Florida feet were not used to! “
I bet! Looks beautiful there!
Check out Switching States !

A deep glacial lake, usually cold!
awesome
It’s been so hot here in California that I would welcome the cold water!
Yeah I heard that many times. What about going back to Minnesota? Go back and enjoy pretty cold winds
Maybe one of these days
sure, I’ve applied MSU, Mankato so if I could get student visa then what I need to expect about weather there?
Well I live in California. However, in Minnesota from what I know you can expect severely cold winters (so bring some warm clothes), but in the summertime it can get quite hot.
if I could make to then it will be Jan so dead cold weather. By the way thanks a lot for guiding. You’re in CA near to LA so any thought about Hollywood?
I live in San Diego right now (about 2 hours south of LA), but I grew up in Los Angeles and most of my family is in that area…Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. Hollywood is fun but hectic. The West Side of LA is beachy, warm, and fun. I’ll probably move back there in a few years or so, since it’s home.
cool
few years
isnt that long time to try, give it chance I think
Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog. All the best to you. It’s certainly different to focus on toes.

I love how the water and light gave a beautiful effect on your photo.
I just dipped my toes there last weekend. Brrrrr.

Just a couple weeks earlier, my kids were still swimming in “the Big Lake”– talk about a refreshing summer dip! ~ Kat B.
Let’s hope we all have a beautiful autumn!
Love the beautiful picture! The Great Lakes are truly amazing.
Not fancy in the tourist brochures but one of the planet’s great areas for sure!
