So these are my feet enjoying the view in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan, India) this past Spring. I had spent the day walking around and enjoying the city before going into the fort to enjoy the view and some dinner, which is why it appears they’ve got a tanline…it’s dirt though. Jaisalmer is considered the “city of gold” because of all of the sandstone buildings and as soon as the sunset started I understood why it got it’s name.
