Wet Toes at the Palace of Versailles
This photo of my poor, underdressed feet in sandals that were looking forward to the next hot, sunny leg of our July trip to Rome and Tuscany, reminded me of our cold, wet day trip to Versailles at the front end of that same trip. Nonetheless, as I described further in my full Versailles post, “Versailles Shines Even on a Rainy Day,” the visit to the Palace was still memorable.
Sounds nice anyway and great shot!
