I’ll wait, Dad

Seeing this sweet little girl, reminds me of every child in their purest habit. Their eagerness to start something they like or their fondness of that thing. Even when their parents ask them to wait, they just can’t. All of the energy must be spent at that immediate time, no need to wait. So, while the parents are trying to hold them down, and they obey, but there’s always something that they do that will show us their eagerness, their impatience. Wearing the swimsuit under their clothes. Holding the fork/spoon and drooling even before the meal is served. Jumping up and down in front of the tv even before their favorite cartoon started (and some might be singing the opening song!).

This girl reminds me of myself back when I was a child.
