I decided to take a pic of my foot after a shower and right before bed of the toes…I live in Sacramento, CA. I couldn’t wait to do this I thought this would be so fun!!!

    You do your feet massages?
    Under your toe nail you have not been injured?
    Avoid wearing shoes that hurt your feet and will then bend your ears

    Yesterday I had an hour long foot massage at a Chinese salon I discovered. It was pretty intense, but today I don’t know whether i feel any difference…

      Interesting. I would think it contributes to an overall sense of well being, chakras and all that, but not sure.
