This one is of me and my girlfriend’s feet with rocks we’d found literally just sitting in one place. Nature’s beauty is magical!
What a fun shot!

I’m currently traveling in Europe doing helpx volunteer exchanges and love taking pictures of my feet, my shoes, my friend’s feet and shoes. It’s a very literal way of showing where you’ve stepped, seen, and discovered. Recently I went hiking in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen; the Mili Gorge in Rethymno, Crete, Greece. The wild overflowed and life sprung outwards, coating the imagination in a deep green velvet sweater; comfortable and cool, despite the warmth of the pre-summer afternoon. Here I took a break alongside some quiet water snails as I crossed a trickling brook. Fresh fallen flowers sprinkled my path. Loving my Chacos for letting me do what I love best while letting my feet appreciate it too–they deserve after all, they’re the one’s taking me there!
Sounds wonderful and beautiful spot!

Haha! I checked out your blog after you liked one of my posts and cracked up because I do take pics of my bare “beach-y” feet all the time and I always thought I was a lonely weirdo on the matter…

Looks absolutely wonderful!
After about 2-3 hours on the boat (which I for one, enjoyed very much as I love being on open water, being the daughter of a fisherman and all…) – you get to see some small niches in the rock formations surfacing from the sea, called (in a little overestimated kind of way) “The Blue Caves”. The boat takes you pretty close to two or three of the largest ones, sometimes getting inside the niches, even though the space is very narrow to maneuver a ship in there. The boat pictured bellow actually stopped near a cave and let the people swim around it in the perfect blue, crystal clear water.
Looks like a great place for a swim!
