He was like a bouncing ball, in and out of the pool, for literally hours on end. Oh, what I’d give for even an ounce of that energy!
So true and great shot!
Tumalon ka na! Wag ka na mag-isip!!!!
This is what my friend Abee is shouting while I’m standing at the edge of the 3 meter high rock at Ariel’s Point.
Going back last March, I realized that the one of the reasons why I wanted to explore our country is because of the GMA News Special Travel: More Fun in the Philippines; it showcased the beautiful places like Siargao, Baguio, Palawan and Boracay. And surprisingly it felt like na talagang pinupuntahan ko yung mga destinations na napanood ko! Oh well moving on…
That looks high enough!

“Either you decide to stay in the shallow end of the pool, or you go out in the ocean.”
That’s a very energetic jump, guess you chose the ocean

My vision is to create an art photo book of 1,000 photos of people jumping for joy around the world and a photography exhibit that showcases a select few of the best JUMPING images. The compilation of joy expressed by a variety of inspired people from around the world will create a unified community of joy, and I’m intending the experience to express the importance of joy in the lives of all people and to remind us that humanity can come together as one through the expression of joy.

Probably the fastest jumping shoot of all time
Alice and I rushed up to her buildings roof top in Vancouver, BC and shot off a quick batch of joyful jumps. I love this one.
What a great concept! Best of luck to you.

“I used to get beach calendars every Christmas under the tree and as a child and I often wondered where all the beautiful places with clear blue water and white sand beaches were in this world. Turns out, Indonesia has its fair share.
Gila means crazy in Indonesian (one of my favorite word combos is bugil, bule (foreigner) + gila = bugil, meaning crazy foreigner). And after a long weekend trip to the Gili Islands off of Lombok, or Bali depending on how you see it, I was gila for the Gilis. Gili actually means small island in Sasak and three islands, Air, Meno and Trawangan, make up this paradise.
On Monday we returned to Lombok and spent a few hours on Kuta Beach. It was nearly deserted, so we sat, ate, dozed, and read some books. After several hours we hopped on some motorcycles and rode past green rice fields and dark blue mountains that jutted into the light blue sky. Our destination: the airport. All good things must end at some point. “
Nice shots!

“Here’s the finished version. The first sketch showed him in mid-air over the water, as if caught in mid-leap. Once I drew it, I decided he kind of looked like he was already in the water. I think it would work either way, but I already did a mid-leap image last time. I thought drawing bubbles in this would be fun, so I put him underwater. Same font as the other one: Komika Boo. “
Great one too!

lesleycarter writes, “Some of my favorite photos are jump action shots, but they can be difficult to achieve. Action photography requires you to be quick and know your camera. In most occasions, though, it is the funny, off-time shots that make the day memorable.
Let’s jump in and see some photos inspired by one action: jump!
Hopefully this photo collection will inspire you to consider action shots the next time you’re at a great location.”
Just love these jump action shots!
Beautiful location and wedding photos!
