The Dead Sea, Jordan

18 Jul

This is how they roll (in the mud) at The Dead Sea …

The Dead Sea is the lowest point on earth with the world’s riches source of natural salts & minerals that are said to have therapeutic & healing qualities…

I don’t know the science behind the claim but what I do know is that the experience was, mentally & physically, restorative & regenerating with a feeling of renewed harmony.

Great shot, they certainly seem to be enjoying themselves! :)

I’ve been to the Dead Sea – on the Israel side! :) I didn’t go in the water/mud, though … I went and had a Jameson’s at the Lowest Bar in the World. LOL.

And that was probably restorative too! :)

Haha! How awesome is that and how many people can say THAT?

I’d probably be the first person to sink in the Dead Sea knowing my luck.

    Still looks lovely, though.

lol, I’ve been to the dead sea where i marveled at the fact it is impossible to drown, and covered myself in dirt for no other reason than that everybody else was doing it!

    nice trip though :-)

You forgot to include your feet in the photo.

    • Tahira July 20, 2013 at 7:52 am #

Why thank you for the “reminder” – However I thought I would highlight 5 pair of feet in mud instead of my plain boring toes :D

    • toemailer July 23, 2013 at 7:38 pm #

Including your own foot is not required, but good eye! :)
